  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation if applicable.
  • Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if they received what they asked for but simply changed their mind.
